People expect easy solutions for complex problems. There is no ideal situation without challenges; problems are inevitable. The good news is situations are always evolving! Evolution is always a rule rather than exception. Anything that resist change/evolution is living to die!

Learn to be flexible, adaptable, take informed decisions with all possible available data at that moment - proceed with action - review the situation - decide to continue or alter the trajectory of action regularly. Avoid regrets - learn to believe that you took the right decision at that given moment - provided you took actions to all 'possible' data to arrive at that decision!!

Everyone thinks of changing the world but noone thinks of changing himself. As a man changes his own nature, so does the attitude of the world change towards him. We need not wait to see what others do. The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore, all progress depends on the unreasonable man!

All changes are hard at first, messy in the middle and gorgeous in the end! The tragedy of life is not death but what we let die inside of us while we live. Everything will be OK in the end. If it is not ok, then its not the end!!
