Welcome to Bodhi Yatra - The Online Psychiatry and Psychotherapy Clinic. By accessing or using our website, services, or telehealth platform, you ("user", "client", "patient") agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Scope of Services

Our clinic provides the following services:

  • Online consultations with licensed psychologists, psychiatrists, and mental health professionals.

  • Telepsychiatry and telepsychotherapy conducted in accordance with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines (2020), Telepsychiatry Operational Guidelines (2020), and Telepsychotherapy Guidelines (2020) issued in India.

All services are intended for non-emergency, scheduled mental health care only.

2. Eligibility

You must be:

  • At least 18 years of age or a minor with parental/guardian consent.

  • Capable of providing informed consent for teleconsultation and therapy.

  • Located within India, unless otherwise permitted by applicable regulations.

3. Medical Disclaimer

  • Our services do not replace emergency or hospital-based psychiatric care.

  • In case of a crisis, suicidal intent, or risk of harm to self/others, please contact local emergency services or visit the nearest hospital immediately.

  • Diagnosis and treatment via telehealth are based on the information provided by the client and may have inherent limitations.

4. Confidentiality

  • All sessions and personal data are kept confidential in accordance with the Mental Healthcare Act, 2017, Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and IT Rules (2011).

  • Exceptions to confidentiality include situations involving legal requirements, risk of harm, or abuse reporting obligations.

5. Consent and Records

  • By using our services, you give informed consent to engage in therapy or psychiatric consultation, including telemedicine.

  • We maintain consultation records for a minimum of 3 years as per national medical record standards.

  • Audio or video sessions are not recorded unless explicitly consented to in writing.

6. Appointments, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Sessions are by prior appointment only.

  • Clients are expected to be punctual; late arrivals may lead to shortened sessions.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be billed in full.

  • Refunds are processed at the clinic’s discretion in accordance with our Refund Policy.

7. Platform and Technology Use

  • We use secure, encrypted platforms for teleconsultation (video/audio/text).

  • You are responsible for the quality of your own internet connection and device compatibility.

  • We are not liable for service disruptions due to third-party software or hardware failures.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Record, screenshot, or publish any part of the session without consent.

  • Use offensive, threatening, or abusive language.

  • Misrepresent yourself or impersonate another person.

Violations may result in immediate termination of services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including articles, resources, therapy materials, and branding—is the intellectual property of [Clinic Name] and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
