At Bodhi Yatra, we are committed to providing accessible and timely mental health services. The following policy outlines our rules regarding appointment cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and no-shows, applicable to both in-person and telehealth services.
1. Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

2. Late Cancellation and No-Show

Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the scheduled session) will incur a 50% cancellation charge.

No-shows (missed appointments without notice) are non-refundable and will be billed as per the full session fee.
3. Therapist Cancellations

If your therapist cancels a session for any reason, we will:

Offer a full refund, or
-
Reschedule at your convenience with no additional charges.

4. Refunds for Package Payments - Currently Unavailable

For prepaid packages (e.g., 4- or 8-session bundles), unused sessions may be refunded, minus sessions already used and a processing fee (usually 5%).

Partial refunds will be calculated based on the standard single-session rate, not the discounted package rate.
5. Refund Mode and Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment (e.g., credit card, UPI, bank transfer).

Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.
6. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be issued for:

Services already rendered, including partial sessions.

Missed sessions due to client-side technical issues in teletherapy (unless prior notice was given).

Assessments, reports, or documents once initiated or delivered.
7. Exceptional Cases
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events happen. In such cases, please contact us at the earliest. Refund exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of the clinic.
